1. From within Netscape's "Edit" menu, choose "Preferences"

2. Select "Advanced"

3. Open the "Proxies" menu

4. Set the HTTP, SSL, and FTP proxy to "localhost" or "127.0.0.1"

5. Set the Port to 8080

6. Click "OK"

7. That's it. Your now set to surf the web anonoymously. Remember that you always need to start the securenntp tunnel launcher before you begin surfing or you will get a "cannot reach host" error when you try to surf.
